SPR# RWAH8C7MWA - Fix for this issue is from both LEI & DB2. By adding ini parameter EIDB2GarbageData will include new attribute SQL_ATTR_NULLT_ARRAY_RESULTS provided by CLI(DB2) PTF .This fix requires DB2 PTF on iseries SI43450 for V6R1 and corresponding PTF on V5R4,v7r1
